COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR IMMOBILIZING INHERITABLE SUBSTANCE ON SUPPORTING BODY AND INTRODUCING THE SAME INTO CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for immobilizing an inheritable substance on a supporting body simply on an optional timing by an optional combination.

SOLUTION: This kit for immobilizing the inheritable substance on a supporting body and then introducing the same into cells is provided by containing (a) the inheritable substance, (b) a charged substance having an opposite electric charge to the inheritable substance and (c) a salt, and being equipped with a direction document for directing to mix the inheritable substance with the charged substance and the salt on the solid phase supporting body. Also the method for immobilizing the inheritable substance on the supporting body and then introducing the same into the cells is provided by comprising (I) a process of providing the supporting body, (II) a process of providing (a) the inheritable substance, (b) the charged substance having an opposite electric charge to the inheritable substance and (c) the salt separately or together to the supporting body and (III) a process of mixing the inheritable substance with the charged substance and the salt on the solid phase supporting body.
