PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively bury a water permeable pipe without using an earth retaining sheet pile. SOLUTION: A bottom cover 40 with an excavation blade 42 is installed in a lower end part of the water permeable pipe 30 to be buried, and is stored in a cylindrical casing 10 having spiral blades 15 and 16 on inner-outer peripheral surfaces. The upper end of this cylindrical casing 10 is connected to a rotary cap 20, and these members are integrally rotated, and the casing 10 is jacked in the ground. When the casing 10 reaches the predetermined depth, the rotary cap 20 is removed, and a cap with a guide is put on the upper end of the water permeable pipe 30, and sand is input between the water permeable pipe 30 and the casing 10 in its state. While pulling up the casing 10 after inputting the sand, the input sand is jacked downward and compacted by inversely rotating to the excavation direction. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
