PURPOSE: An indirect heat medium oil heating and drying apparatus using a heat pipe is provided to increase drying efficiency over 10% and to reduce operating costs with increased condensation efficiency because a high efficient heat exchanger is applied to a condenser in an existing drying process. CONSTITUTION: An indirect heat medium oil heating and drying apparatus using a heat pipe comprises a drying housing(10), a heat pipe heating body(20), a gas combustion heating member(30), and a drying member(40). Organic wastes(S) flow into the drying house. Heat medium oil(H) is stored in an internal bottom of the drying housing. The heat pipe heating body is installed in the heat medium oil of the drying housing. One end of the heat pipe heating body is protruded to the outside of the drying housing. The gas combustion heating member heats the heat pipe heating body in the outside of the drying housing by using gas combustion heat The organic wastes in the drying housing are heated and dried by the heat transfer of the heat pipe heating body. The drying member dehumidifies wet hot air(A) generated in the drying housing and flow dry hot air(B) into the drying housing again.
