PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deduce the scattering coefficients or anisotropic scattering parameters of a light-scattering body, with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The transmission light characteristics and reflected light characteristics of the light scattering body that is measuring target are actually measured, the value of a parameterμs, g used in the Monte Carlo method of light scattering is generated by a calculator, the calculation of the Monte Carlo method with respect to the light-scattering body is performed (step S1), while changing the value of the parameter (step S4), the value of the parameter, wherein the calculation result and the actually measured data are aligned is calculated (step S3) to be set to the characteristic data of the light-scattering body (step S5).
