PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat without a risk of staining the clothes of a seated person even if a rear wheel is stored upward by solving a problem of a conventional seat device, which can be used as a wheelchair outside a vehicle room by separating the seat device from a seat moving device, wherein the clothes of the seated person is stained as the clothes touch the rear wheel when the seat device is stored in the vehicle by rotating the rear wheel upward. SOLUTION: A rear wheel cover 115 is supported to the rear wheel 110 in such a way as can be relatively displaced, and the rear cover 115 is relatively rotated to the rear wheel 110 by rotating the rear wheel 110 upward.
