PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a T-nut capable of reducing manufacturing cost as a cylindrical shaft part that has a function as good as the conventional T-nut can be formed with a metal plate (pipe) thinner than a conventional T-nut, a circumference wall of the shaft part does not break at the time of processing and the quantity of the metal plate to be used to manufacture a same number of T-nuts as a conventional case can be reduced. SOLUTION: For the T-nut 1, the shaft part 3 and a flange part 5 are integrally formed. The shaft part 3 is formed in a cylinder shape by drawing the metal plate in a predetermined thickness and the flange part 5 is formed to project outward from an end part 4 of the shaft part 3. A female screw-like inner unlevel groove 6 capable of screwing a bolt or a screw to an inner circumference surface of the shaft 3 is formed and an outer unlevel groove 7 is formed along the inner unlevel groove 6 in an outer circumference surface of the shaft part 3.
