#CMT# #/CMT# The system has a steam generator with a steam outlet, and a cloth care hand held-unit with a steam inlet coupled with the outlet. The unit is designed with an opening to release the steam. A steam control unit (37) controls a valve to control the release of the steam. The unit has a steam release switch (41) electrically connected with a selection unit (43) to begin or end the steam discharge depending on selection options of the unit (43). #CMT# : #/CMT# The steam release switch can be a push button, a touch-sensitive key or a touch-sensitive surface, a controller or a trigger. The cloth care hand-held unit can be a steam electric iron or clothes steaming equipment. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Clothes care system. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The steam release switch is electrically connected with the selection unit to begin or end the release of the steam depending on the selection options, thus enabling a user to flexibly select the steam release of the hand-held unit in a simple manner. The system avoids need to press the selection unit to change between short and continuous steam release, thus enabling the system to be used in a comfortable and simple manner. The system needs only one steam generator for various applications such as ironing an article with electric iron and steaming of the article to avoid folds. The system can be assembled by using few individual parts, thus saving space and manufacturing the system in a cost-effective manner.
