摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing structure of a fuel cell which has a low reduction of battery output characteristic arising from deformation or adhesion failure of component parts caused by inner pressure elevation or temperature elevation derived from vaporization of a fuel or a carbon dioxide gas generated from anode catalyst layers, or reduction of strength of the component members or the like in accordance with the progress of battery reaction. SOLUTION: In the housing structure of the fuel cell B which is arranged and installed with the fuel cell B that is equipped with a liquid fuel tank 9, an anode catalyst layer 3, a fuel vaporization layer 10, a cathode catalyst layer 2, a proton conductive membrane 6, and a surface layer 15 equipped with an air introduction port 14 for introducing the air to be supplied into the cathode catalyst layer 2, a cabinet 17 of an electronic equipment provided with the housing space 16 for housing the fuel cell B, and a cap body 18 for closing the housing space 16, this is the housing structure of the fuel cell B in which an elastic body 20 to press the surface layer 15 of the fuel cell B is interposed between the surface layer 15 and the cap body 18.
