<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved apparatus for intercommunication between elements of an electrical apparatus, a system, a method, and a protocol thereof. <P>SOLUTION: Cameras, radios, televisions, set top boxes (118), telephones, kitchen electric appliances, and other electric apparatuses have an IP address in themselves, and communicate using Internet working protocol. Particularly, apparatuses using any large capacity memory device are of particular importance. Packet communication between elements is achieved by making use of a proper arbitrary packet exchange network including the Internet (142). Preferable protocol for communication of packets is IP, and the packet communication between elements is advantageously achieved by virtualizing a native bus (120) using the IP.
