PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a recording medium properly. SOLUTION: This image processing device has a loading member for loading the recording medium and medium guides 35, 36 for positioning the loaded recording medium in the direction of width. A first locking part and a second locking part are formed in the medium guides 35, 36 and the loading member, respectively. A locking release part for releasing locking of the first and second locking parts when the loading member is put at a stand-by position and locking the first and second locking parts when the loading member is put at a medium supply position is formed. Since the first and second locking parts are locked and travel of the medium guides 35, 36 is regulated when the loading member is put at the medium supply position, the medium guides 35, 36 do not move after the recording medium is loaded on the loading member to supply the recording medium properly.
