PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor inspection device capable of simply inspecting the inspection process of a rotary compressor, and determining a high quality workpiece with high reliability. SOLUTION: This compressor inspection device for inspecting the inside of the compression chamber of the workpiece of the rotary compressor is provided with a chuck 74 being a fixing means to fix the shaft 6 of the workpiece 10, a motor 53 being a rotation driving means for rotatively driving the workpiece cylinder 2 of the workpiece 10, and an X-axis acceleration pickup 78 and a Y-axis acceleration pickup 79 which are acceleration measuring means for measuring vibration transmitted to the shaft 6 when the workpiece cylinder 2 is rotated by the motor 53.
