PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverizer which prevents deviation of wastage of a rotary blade and a stationary blade. SOLUTION: The pulverizer is provided with a rotary blade group 28 constituted by arranging a plurality of rotary blades 5, each of which has a linear rotary blade tip line 15 at its outer periphery, in a rotary shaft direction and a stationary blade group 29 constituted by arranging a plurality of stationary blades 7, each of which has a linear stationary blade tip line 23 corresponding to the rotary blade tip line 15 of each rotary blade 5 constituting the rotary blade group 28. In the rotary blade group 28 and the stationary blade group 29, corresponding rotary blade 5 and the stationary blade 7 are arranged so that one end of the rotary blade tip line 15 and another end thereof may shift by a predetermined angle in a circumference direction of a virtual circle with the rotary shaft as a center and further are arranged so that the stationary blade tip line 23 may shift by the predetermined angle in a direction reverse to the shift of the rotary blade tip line 15. In the rotary blade group 28, the rotary blade 5a and the rotary blade 5b having shift directions adversely set are alternatively arranged in a shaft direction. In the stationary blade group 29, the stationary blade 7a and the stationary blade 7b having shift directions of the stationary blade tip line 23 adversely set so as to correspond to the rotary blade group 28 are alternatively arranged along the shaft.
