The method involves analyzing vibration behavior of a vehicle wheel. Ratio of frequency spectra of two vehicle wheels, which are arranged at a same side of a vehicle, is evaluated. The frequency spectra are determined from angular velocity of wheels, which are determined with the help of wheel speed sensors, where the frequency spectra are determined by fast Fourier transformation. An independent claim is also included for a computer program product, which defines an algorithm.
