PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acoustic device and a phone call device capable of preventing generation of echoes. SOLUTION: Along with arranging permanent magnets 2, 3 magnetized to north poles and south poles alternately into a stripe, on the front surface side and the rear surface side of a diaphragm 1 respectively; a conductor circuit 4 is wired on the diaphragm 1 so as to be along the magnetic poles in the stripe of the permanent magnets 2, 3. As a result of this, an effect of preventing generation of echoes is obtained. Moreover, the diaphragm 1, the permanent magnets 2, 3, the conductor circuit 4, a spacer 5, iron plates 6, 7 are housed in a baffle 8. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
