<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To put on and take off a mask for work in such a state that a user wears a helmet. <P>SOLUTION: A tool for putting on the mask for work includes: a first plate 110 with a holding part 111 arranged at one end, which holds the edge part of the helmet; and a second plate 200 where one end is foldably connected to the other end of the first plate 110 and a hole 1212 for fixing is formed at the other end, to which the end of the expansible belt of the mask for work is connected.
