PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roast meat plate for an induction heating cooker where an umbrella-shaped plate, a natural stone, etc. can be heated by the induction heating cooker, it is possible to heat nearly only a cooking surface for reducing the loss of energy by using the induction heating cooker, and it is possible to enjoy a meal comfortably. SOLUTION: Heat generated by a flat surface of the induction heating cooker is lifted to the lower surface of the roast meat plate at a place several 10 mm separated from the surface of the induction heating cooker using material of good heat conduction such as aluminum or other metal, carbon to heat the surface of the roast meat plate. That is, in Mongolian mutton barbecue using the umbrella-shaped plate, a thick pole part is provided at the lower surface of the plate, and the bottom surface of the pole is heated by the induction heating cooker to transmit heat to the plate through the pole. In the case of the natural stone, the center part of the bottom surface of the stone is shaved to make a cavity, and a heating body is fixed to the cavity to transmit the heat of the induction heating cooker to the surface of the natural stone to cook.
