PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray image intensifier in which reliability of a terminal part is secured while realizing cost reduction. SOLUTION: An insulating member made of glass is interposed between a metallic flange part and a terminal of a feed-through 51, thereby compared with the case in which a ceramic insulating member is used, manufacturing cost can be reduced. A harmful deformation that deteriorates reliability to the strength and rigidity of the insulating member is regulated by an insulating member deformation control ring, thereby breakage of the insulating member at the time of welding or the like to the housing 3 of the flange part is prevented, and reliability of the feed-through 51 can be improved.
