PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal between a motor side and a reduction gear side with a simple construction and inhibit abnormal abrasion of an internal gear 20 due to vibration. SOLUTION: A reduction gear 3 is disposed in a reduction gear chamber enclosed by a center case 19 and a plate 22. The plate 22 is installed between the reduction gear 3 and a motor so that foreign matter such as a brush powder does not enter the reduction gear chamber. The internal gear 20 is made of resin and a collar part 20a provided on an outer periphery on an axial plate side is pressed against the plate 22 with resilience to seal between the plate 22 and the internal gear 20. The internal gear 20 is caught between a front wall part 19c of the center case 19 and the plate 22 and when the pressing force of the collar part 20a acts on the plate 22, by the reaction, an end face 20c of the internal gear 20 on an opposite side to the plate is pressed against the front wall part 19c of the center case 19.
