FIELD: acoustic-emission diagnostics of wheel pairs of railroad train. ^ SUBSTANCE: acoustic transformers are mounted on disks of wheels and axis of wheel pair, and after serial application of vertical load to axis, horizontal load to disks of wheels and joint loads, registration of main parameters of received acoustic emission signals is performed, time intervals between arrival of each signal at acoustic transformer which first received signal and other acoustic transformers are determined, on basis of time intervals, coordinates of sources of acoustic emission signals are determined, after that wheel pair is turned for angle &phis;=360°/m, where m - number of rotations, determined from condition, that deformations epsilon in controlled zone of wheel pair should not be less than 0,87epsilonmax, where epsilonmax - maximal deformation in most loaded section of wheel pair, while location of defect in case of turn of wheel pair for angle &phis; also moves for same angle, while location of signals from load being applied remains unchanged, also, if during turn center of cluster in zone, where wheel abuts on rail, moves for angle of rotation, in this zone there is also a defect. ^ EFFECT: increased trustworthiness of control, increased defect localization precision, increased speed of operation and expanded functional capabilities due to simultaneous control of assembled wheel pair. ^ 2 cl, 7 dwg |
