FIELD: construction, particularly private capital building erection. ^ SUBSTANCE: method to erect developing framed house having n stories involves increasing building convenience in several stages. At the first stage one manufactured section provided with power supply means and service lines is mounted. At the second stage another section is connected to previous one by means of joint members. At following stages next sections are connected to previous ones, wherein after each section connection purpose of each new room is changed by transfer of envelope structures, partition walls, power supply means and service lines. Building stories are built up at any stage except for the first one. To erect new stories part of ceiling covering is removed to provide access to higher stories and staircase is formed. Above sections are delivered to building site in disassembled state and are assembled at building site or the sections are supplied in previously assembled state. The house may be disassembled and reassembled at new location if necessary. ^ EFFECT: provision of stepwise house erection of modular members and following house development and/or transportation and building raising along with change in house convenience and power supply system. ^ 1 cl, 6 dwg
