An apparatus for weighing and discharging powder of a medicine powder auto packaging machine is provided to precisely weigh powdered medicine collected in a state of collecting and discharging the powdered medicine and to detect the rotation of a driving unit to drive a collecting and discharging unit. In an apparatus for weighing and discharging powder of a medicine powder auto packaging machine, a weighing unit(10) has an electronic balance(11) mounted to a main body(B), a mounting member(12) mounted to a side of the electronic balance, and a drop hole(13) formed in the mounting member corresponding to the lower end of a horizontal transfer plate(P). A collecting and discharging unit(20) has a collecting channel(21) mounted to the upper side of the mounting member to be communicated with the drop hole, a shutter(22) to close the lower side of the collecting channel, a hinge shaft(23) to hinge the shutter to the collecting channel to be opened and closed, and a protruded step(24) protruded from a side of the shutter. And a driving unit(30) has a driving motor(31), a rotating disc(32) mounted to the driving motor, and a push roller(33) to push the protruded step. The driving unit further includes a detecting unit installed to an inner side of the main body to detect the rotation of the rotating disc. The detecting unit has a cut-off part formed in an outer circumference of the rotating disc and a photo-sensor installed in the main body.
