A pixel and an organic light emitting display device using the same are provided to increase an aperture ratio and decrease power consumption by removing capacitors from a pixel. A pixel includes an organic light emitting diode(OLED), a first transistor(M1), an inverter(44), and a second transistor(M2). The first transistor is connected to data and scan lines and turned on when a scan signal is supplied to the scan line. The first transistor transmits a data signal, which is supplied to the data line, to a first node. The inverter is connected between the first node and the OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) and controls the OLED according to the data signal. The second transistor is connected between the first node and a reset line. When a reset signal is supplied to the reset line, the second transistor is turned on to stop emission of the OLED. The first transistor, the second transistor, and transistors in the inverter are configured to have the same conduction type.
