<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an online business negotiation system capable of smoothly proceeding a business negotiation between a purchaser and seller, and concluding in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: In a web server 11 where the purchaser 1 and the seller 2 proceed the business negotiation, a plurality of business messages 5 for the purchaser and a plurality of business messages 6 for the seller are previously prepared. The purchaser 1 selects a desired one from the business messages 5 for the purchaser and sends it to the seller 2. The seller 2 selects a desired one from the business negotiation messages 6 for the seller and sends it to the purchaser 1. An adequate correspondence relation between the business negotiation message 5 for the purchaser and the business negotiation message 6 for the seller is stored in the web server 11.
