PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a group with a simple method and to notify isolation from the group, without requiring much costs. SOLUTION: A registration processing section 122 forms a group by storing an input common group code 102 in a storage section 120, and a transmission processing section 123 periodically transmits a calling signal 104, based on the common group code 102 stored in the storage section 120, from a short-distance communication section 112 in accordance with a transmission term t1. A reception processing section 124 receives, by the short-distance communication section 112, the calling signal 104 containing the common group code 102, transmitted from another mobile communication equipment 103 and when the calling signal 104 containing the common group code 102 can not be received as long as or longer than an isolation warning time t2, a warning is issued.
