PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform provision of reported information to persons around a reporter and acquisition of information regarding the persons around the reporter when report from the reporter is generated. SOLUTION: This communication system has a means for generating an annunciation signal including positional information transmitted from communication equipment based on the positional information and announcing the signal to other communication equipment, the communication equipment has a means for comparing the positional information included in the received annunciation signal with positional information measured in the communication equipment and displaying the annunciation content of the annunciation signal to an owner and a means for automatically transmitting information which the communication equipment has when the received position and the measured position are within predetermined distance.
