PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing system which raises the efficiency of a diagnosis and presses no capacity of HDD without deleting a medical image, which a user judges to be required for the diagnosis, from the HDD by attaching a certain restriction condition and making the user choose the restriction condition when deleting the medical image from the HDD. SOLUTION: Deletion of even the medical images required for the diagnosis is prevented by making it impossible to delete the medical image from the HDD if the certain restriction condition is not satisfied when deleting the medical image from the HDD.
