PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attitude control device 1 of a vehicle which performs DSC control for controlling the attitude of the vehicle by individually controlling a braking force exerted on each wheel 2, which prevents the attitude of the vehicle from suddenly changing in the direction 180 degrees opposite to the predictions of a driver as a result of the performance of the DSC control in a state that the air pressure of the wheel 2 is not within appropriate bounds, and which does not make the driver feel strong discomfort. SOLUTION: When there is a tendency toward stronger understeer or oversteer than a predetermined level during the travelling of the vehicle, and a deviation amount with a control target value of a real yaw rate becomes larger than a predetermined level (step S3), a yawing moment in a required direction is generated to the vehicle by exerting a braking force on the predetermined wheel 2 by DSC control (S6, S11). With the intervention of the DSC control, when the air pressure of the wheel 2 (the tire which is a first subject of control), which becomes a subject of control after the generation of overshoot of the attitude of the vehicle, is not within appropriate bounds (S8, S12), another wheel is selected as a tire which is a second subject of control (S9, S13).
