PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the swinging amplitude of a cable accompanied by the action of control, and to alleviate an operation load by suppressing an increase in friction resistance. SOLUTION: A cancel mechanism 30 is structured to rotate a second lever 46 only in a predetermined rotation range by interlocking with the rotation of a first lever 34. The first lever 34 is equipped with an input lever 40 rotating about a different supporting shaft 42 from a main shaft 36 thereof. The input lever 40 receives the operation force of a control cable coupled to a coupling part, and rotates about the supporting shaft 42, then rotates about the main shaft 36 together with the first lever 34. With reference to a straight line connecting the coupling part of the input lever when the input lever 40 and the first lever 34 start to rotate together and an axis of the main shaft 36 of the first lever, the supporting shaft 42 of the input lever is disposed on a side separating from a fixing point when the control cable swings accompanied by rotations of the input lever and the first lever.
