PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide good heat radiation for a waterproof circuit board in an electronic circuit unit. SOLUTION: A waterproof case 2 for accommodating a circuit board in a waterproof condition is made up of a metal-made base member 6 for carrying the rear surface of the circuit board thereon, and a resin-made cover member 7 for covering the surface of the circuit board fixed to the base member 6. Since the rear surface 6f of the base member 6 is exposed, heat generated from an electronic component 4 in the circuit board 3 is transmitted to the base member 6, and then radiated from the rear surface 6f thereof.
