PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for spraying mist, a mist spraying device and a room equipped with the same so as to meet current requirements for a method or a device for washing the human body to keep the human body clean. SOLUTION: The mist spraying device keeps a silver ion elution unit 2 or the like as a metal ion water generating means, a control section 7 for controlling the silver ion elution unit 2 or the like, and an atomizing nozzle 11 incorporated in an enclosure 1a. The mist spraying device also has a human detection sensor 13 for detecting the existence of a human on the outer surface of the enclosure 1a.
