<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for opening/closing capable of determining a pinching wherein the pinching amount yielded before the detection of the pinching amount is added and of preventing an excessive pinching load as well as a prolonged pinching state, and furthermore a pinching detecting method of the control device for opening/closing member. <P>SOLUTION: A power window device 1 is provided with a window-glass 11, a lifting/lowering mechanism 2 and a control part 3 for detecting a pinching of a foreign matter by the window glass 11. The control part 3 includes a pinching amount calculation means for calculating the amount caught (rotating speed change amount ΣΔω<SB>α</SB>) based on an amount of opening/closing speed change of the window glass 11, a pinching amount estimation means for estimating the amount caught (rotating speed change amount ΣΔω<SB>β</SB>) before the change in the opening/closing speed due to the pinching and a pinching amount determination means for determining the pinching of the foreign matter based on the pinching calculated amount calculated by the pinching amount calculation means and the pinching estimated amount estimated by the pinching amount estimation means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
