PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the cleaner quickly and easily adjustable stretchably by multiple stages along with easier holding while resisting the accumulation of fur or the like. SOLUTION: A support rod 3 made of a metal wire having a cleaner 1 is mounted on a grip handle 4 made of a synthetic resin so as to be movable stretchably. An engaging manipulator 6 freely movable far from or closer to a stretchably moving path of an engaged part 3a of the support rod 3 is disposed on the grip handle 4 and a retaining part 5 which selectively retains and holds the engaged part 3a of the support rod 3 at a plurality of positions of the stretchably moving path when the retaining manipulator 6 is located at a retaining position the closest to the side of the stretchably moving path is formed at least one of parts facing each other between the retaining manipulator 6 and the grip handle 4.
