<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface modifying method of graphite particles, by which the whole surface of each graphite particle can be modified evenly and efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The surface of each graphite particle is made hydrophilic by dissociating functional groups by bringing an aqueous solution of at least either one of hydrogen peroxide and ozone into contact with the graphite particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
