The invention relates to the branch of metal working by pressure and may be used for punching with twisting on presses with forward movement of slider. A device for punching with twisting contains a housing with hydraulic cylinder with piston, a nut with non-self-braking thread fastened in the centre and a screw connected with this nut, hydraulic cylinders with pistons installed symmetrically relative to the screw, which rest upon movable plate with center plate of the die, which is located between housing and basis of device and connected with guides fastened in the basis of device, in this case, hydraulic cylinders are connected with hydraulic accumulator by means of direct and reverse hydraulic valves and batcher.
