摘要 A plant for hydrotreating the diesel fuel contains disposed through the manufacturing process and connected between themselves raw material preparation unit, reactor with a catalyst, separation unit and a stabilizing column equipped with valve discs vertically disposed one after another. The raw material preparation unit is connected with the pipeline for delivery of straight-run diesel fraction and contains at least one heat exchanger. The separation unit comprises connected between themselves cooling mechanism and separator for cold separation joined by means of heating device with the stabilizing column, and the stabilizing column is attached in the lower part to the source for creating the ascending current, and is connected with the pipeline for discharge of the hydrotreating diesel fuel. The separation unit comprises additionally the separator for hot separation, which is connected with the reactor by means of heat exchanger of the raw material preparation unit, and joined to the stabilizing column, and by means of cooling mechanism it is connected with the separator for cold separation. The separator for cold separation is connected with the stabilizing column above the level of connection thereto of the separator for hot separation, and stabilizing column is attached to the source of purified hydrogen containing gas. A method for hydrotreating diesel fuel provides for preparing the gas-raw mixture from the straight-run diesel fraction, heating thereof to 380-400 DEGREE C, hydrotreating at the catalyst with discharge of gas-product mixture, separation of gas-product mixture with isolation of an unstable hydrogenate and supplying thereof for stabilization. In the process of stabilization a product for creating an ascending current is supplied simultaneously with the unstable hydrogenate. The unstable hydrogenate being supplied for stabilization in two flows, the first of which is obtained by separation of gas-product mixture having the temperature of 220-260 DEGREE C with an isolation of a part of the unstable hydrogenate, and the second flow is obtained from the gas-product mixture remained after the separation by cooling thereof to the temperature of 35-40 DEGREE C and subsequent separation with isolation of the unstable hydrogenate.
