A holder for paper roll contains a basis and a cover hingedly connected. From inside on the basis an axle for the paper is installed in the form of one arm of a clamp with round cross section, which second arm is hingedly connected to the basis, and hinged connection of the cover and basis is made in the form of two pivots located on the basis from the outside and directed in parallel to the axle for paper roll, openings corresponding to the pivots are located on the connecting elements of the cover which enclose the pivots located on the basisforming a catch.
