PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a structure using a pressure control cartridge valve compact without inserting a check valve into a manifold block for enabling a reverse flow of hydraulic oil and to reduce the cost by reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: The pressure control valve is equipped with a first valve for opening when a fluid pressure on a primary side becomes a predetermined pressure or higher, and making a hydraulic fluid flow to a secondary side. The pressure control valve is characterized by having a structure in which, when the fluid pressure on the secondary side is higher than the fluid pressure on the primary side, due to differential pressure of the fluid pressure on the secondary side and the fluid pressure on the primary side, a second valve along with the first valve is opened and the hydraulic fluid can be made to flow from the secondary side to the primary side.
