PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlayer for laminated glass used for an automobile, a rail car, aircraft, a ship, buildings, etc., which can enhance visibility and antiglare property to intense visible light incident through laminated glass, such as sunlight, oncoming headlight or reflected light from a highly reflective material when used in the laminated glass, and to provide laminated glass using the interlayer. SOLUTION: The interlayer for laminated glass contains a neodymium compound, wherein the neodymium compound is preferably a neodymium compound containing a trivalent neodymium ion as a constituent.
