PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which provides images by using a user's forehead as a part of a holding unit in consideration of the shape of the forehead. SOLUTION: The display device includes a main body 11, openings 41 (42) formed in the main body 11 and through which images can be observed, and a forehead contact 12 which is formed in the main body 11 and is brought into contact with the forehead of the user who observes images through the openings 41 (42). The upper part of the contact 12 in contact with the forehead is protruded with respect to the opening surfaces of the openings 41 (42) to a higher degree than the lower part, and the contact 12 has the shape which fits a spherical surface when a sphere of a specified radius is brought into contact with it.
