PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular outdoor heat exchanger cooling device with an outdoor heat exchanger arranged below a floor of a vehicle which is capable of avoiding troubles of degradation of the cooling capacity by the exhaust heat of an engine for traveling. SOLUTION: The vehicular outdoor heat exchanger cooling device comprises an outdoor heat exchanger 12 which is arranged below a floor of a vehicle to perform the heat exchange between air and a refrigerant, a cooling fan 21 for feeding air to the outdoor heat exchanger 12, and a control device 33 which feeds air from a forward side to a backward side of the vehicle by rotating the cooling fan 21 forwardly, and feeds air from the backward side to the forward side of the vehicle by turning the rotational direction of the cooling fan 21 when the vehicle is stopped.
