PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of improving traveling stability, while improving the degree of freedom in regard to the disposing position and rigidity of each elastic member. SOLUTION: An axle is elastically supported by each of a right and a left trailing arms through elastic members arranged in several connection points. As the several connection points, an upper connection point and a first and a second lower connection points positioned lower than the upper connection point and arranged with a space between them in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle are provided. Elastic spindles, extended in the car cross direction with a plane view, of the elastic members arranged in the first and the second lower connection points cross each other outside the first and the second connection points in the car cross direction. Each of the elastic members arranged in the first and the second lower connection points has rigidity higher in the car cross direction than the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
