PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire, durability of which drops little even when it is repeatedly retreaded and a retreaded tire having high durability even after it is repeatedly retreaded. SOLUTION: Sulfur concentration in cushion rubber 3 is specified as 0.75 to 1.60 mass% in the tire, a tread center part of which has at least a carcass 2, cushion rubber 3 and retread rubber 4 from the inside in the tire radial direction. Additionally, (1) rubber concentration of a part 5' within 5 mm from a retread interface S of retread rubber 5 is specified as 0.75 to 1.60 mass% and (2) rubber concentration C in the cushion rubber 3 and the number of retreads are made to satisfy a relation of a following expression: C≤-0.025×N<SP>2</SP>+0.5×N+1.6 [C is rubber concentration (mass%) in the cushion rubber and N is the number of retreads] on the retreaded tire, the tread center part of which has at least the carcass 2, the cushion rubber 3 and the tread rubber 5 from the inside in the tire radial direction.
