PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition as a mixture of nearly spherical biologically active substance-containing granules and columnar biologically active substance-containing granules, seldom causing segregation of the granules of different shape even in undergoing external vibrations or conveyance through a flow path. SOLUTION: The composition as a mixture of the biologically active substance-containing granules of the shape[A] described below and the biologically active substance-containing granules of the shape[B] described below: [A]: Being nearly spherical. The needle ratio is less than 1.3 on average, which is determined from the projected image of the granule in the direction perpendicular to horizontal plane in such a state that the granule is at rest stably on the horizontal plane. [B]: Being columnar. The average height of the column is 2.0-5.0 times the average diameter of the bottom of the column, and the average diameter of the bottom of the column is 0.3-0.8 time the mesh of a sieve through which 90 wt.% of the biologically active substance-containing granules of the shape[A] are passable.
