The card (50) has a support (52) with an opening (54), where a thermal module (56) is arranged on a side (521) of the card. A thermal module (58) is arranged on a side (522) which is opposite to the side (521) of the card. A heat pipe (60) is installed on the support and runs through the opening, where two ends of the heat pipe are connected with the thermal modules, respectively. The thermal module (56) has a cooling unit with a set of ridges.
