A dual diaphragm for a micro-speaker is provided to improve sound characteristics of middle and high-pitched tones by using light and hard material for manufacturing a diaphragm of a central dome part. In a conventional micro-speaker, a yoke(20), a magnet(30), and a top plate(40) are attached on a frame(10'') sequentially. A voice coil(50) is inserted into a space formed in the yoke(20), the magnet(30), and the top plate(40). A diaphragm connected to the voice coil(50) and generating oscillation is attached to the frame(10''). In a dual diaphragm(60'') for a micro-speaker, a front diaphragm(62) and a diaphragm(61) of a central dome part are integrally formed by forming and cutting the diaphragm(61) of the central dome part, fixing the diaphragm(61) to a center of an upper surface of a diaphragm mold, placing an original sheet material of the front diaphragm(62) on an upper side of the diaphragm(61) of the central dome part, generating heat from a lower part of the diaphragm mold, and generating pressure from an upper part of the diaphragm mold. |
