PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire an accurate position of a vehicle with a system of inexpensive constitution, and to accurately display the position of the vehicle on a map without charging a large load on a terminal. SOLUTION: When a server 8 receives positional information received by a radio tag reader of an on-vehicle device from a radio tag 6 and positioning information positioned by a GPS positioning machine of the on-vehicle device 2 in a section where the positioning accuracy based on electric wave from a GPS satellite decreases, a main control section of a server calculates difference between the positional information and positioning information, detects the shift direction, and stores it in a storage section. Until the radio tag reader receives the positional information of the radio tag 6, the GPS positioning machine corrects the position of the vehicle with the differential information and shift direction with respect to the positioned positioning information, and makes the storage section store the corrected position as positional information of the vehicle on a road.
