PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame member and a fastener that can easily join and disassemble frame members, can freely correspond to the change in configuration by adding or interchanging the members, and have good versatility and design flexibility for forming structures of various sizes by combining frame members of various lengths. SOLUTION: A structure includes frame members each obtained by fixing a plate having at least one female threaded hole and at least two through-holes bored at positions corresponding to prepared screw holes, with screws on the end face of a rod body having at least two screw holes extending in the longitudinal direction, and fasteners each having a bottom plate and a hollow polihedral cylindrical shape. Fastening bolts are inserted into one or more through-holes provided in at least one surface of the bottom plate surface and a side plate surface and the plate is fixed with a screw by threadably engaging the screw with the female screw holes of the plate for assembling the structure.
