<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device with its inside partitioned into a first chamber and a second chamber capable of precluding or suppressing the airbag with its side peripheral part swelling out to the side. <P>SOLUTION: The airbag 10 is furnished internally with a first 22A and a second internal panel 22B, in which the inside is partitioned into the first chamber 1 and the second chamber surrounding the first chamber 1. The second inner panel 22B is furnished with communication ports 27 and 28 to put the two chambers 1 and 2 in communication with each other. To the airbag 10 at its side peripheral part, a tether belt 60 is coupled which is elongated from the first inner panel 22A in such a arrangement as consolidated in a single piece. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
