<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To faithfully transmit rotation of a disk holder to a disk by eliminating rotation slip in the disk rotation direction between the disk holder and the disk. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical disk energized by springs from a center part 204 of the disk holder to be clamped, a notched part 202 for clamping is provided at at least one part of an innermost peripheral part 201 of the optical disk. In the optical disk, the notched parts 202 provided at the innermost peripheral part 201 are provided at three parts at 120° intervals.
