PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk loading apparatus in which constitution is simple, a cost is low, and a disk can be held surely in a state in which a disk is discharged. SOLUTION: A flap 13 is attached freely rotatably in back and forth like as a seesaw, and energized in the direction in which a disk 2 is held between a tip part and a roller 3 provided at a lower side of it by a torsion coil spring 15. The flap 13 consists of a sheet metal member 13a of an almost thin sheet metal and a resin member 13b, the vicinity of a rear end part of the resin member 13b is screwed at a lower plane of the sheet metal member 13a by a screw 16, thereby, it is fixed. Further, the flap 13 has such constitution that a state in which a push switch 14 is pressed up by an upper plane of a rear end part of the sheet metal member 13a of the flap 13 is caused, the disk 2 is considered as absence. Further, the push switch 14 is attached to a chassis 4 being not illustrated. Meanwhile, the disk 2 is held between the tip part of the resin member 13b having elasticity and the roller 3.
